Shack Pack - Homes under 4,000 sq ft: $125
$20 - For every additional 1000 sq ft or portion thereof
Add an additional $75 to homes over 1.5 Million (Shack Pack only)
The Great Estate - Homes over 7,000 sq ft: $350

Photographic representation will include all important rooms in the home, exteriors, property and views. Approximately 10 - 20 (or more, depending on the size of the property) digital photographs that run through a post production process for retouching etc. to make your images look their very best.

HEAD SHOTS: $250
Head Shots include 2 different images that are retouched. Large digital file sizes for your print marketing and display, as well as smaller Jpeg's for your website and internet material.
